Clowns by W Moninet

I have a painting I aquired in 1980 of two hobo clowns with a black hat and an orange hat and red noses, white faces. I have always thought it was remarkable.
I am trying to find the artist or information. The back has a certification that reads Clowns W. Moninet by Robin seymour.
I would be interested in yours if it is different. I collect clowns and have a large collections of all kinds.
