please help us identfy our clowns

both of them are made in UNIVERSAL STATUARY CORP.CHICAGO 1966.....One of them is #349 an the other is #350. One is a crying clown holding an umbrella and the other on is a happy clown holding a poodle. The markings also have the letter C in a circle. They are 24" tall and are very good condition. The colors on them are bronze faces, yellow and white shirts and orange pants.
