Moninet "Clowns" original oil Painting for Sale

Hello, I inherited a painting. It's amazing how this artist picks up the emotion in the clowns eyes.
He'd looking strait at you smiling but the eyes say so much more. This clown says to me not matter what happens in life I will continue to bring others joy even if I don't feel like it.
I am moving to a smaller home and need to sell a few things. This painting was great aunts and she bought it for her daughter who was a professional clown. I loved it as a child and still do but I need to scale down and I'm not a collector.

The back says 16 / 20 Clowns D990 Moninet.
