Wanting infor about a painting I have.

I own a George Crionas painting. The title is Staight From the Horses mouth. It is hand signed and numbered 145/300. I am curious about the value of it. If it is worth keeping or selling,,,,etc... Anyone with any information on the piece please help me. It is framed although the glass of the fram recently cracked aswell. Is it even worth fixing????? Please, please if you have any knowledge about this piece I would love to hear back from you.
