Large 16" Marble Signed by Ron 1984 Emmett Kelly Clown sitting on his trunk

Hi,
Can anyone give me some information about this sad faced clown. I know he is sitting on a golden trunk holding what appears to be a can of something!!! He is also holding an umbrella - black.......his feet are black but seem to have golden flecks surrounding his feet.......he is adorable. He is on a solid alabaster base and he appears to be ceramic or marble? It is signed by Ron 1984.
It is very large 16" high umbrella to base.
