I wish I could say I did hear of it, because Negaduck is one of MY favorite Darkwing Duck villains too (along with the other members of the Fearsome Five, Steelbeak and Taurus Bulba, but that's beside the point). However, I've never heard of an episode entitled "Opposites Attack". Sorry that I couldn't be of any help.
