      As a fellow highpointer I'm interested in hearing about your trip to Texas and NM. My plan was Whitney, Humphries and Boundary but I didn't get selected in the Whitney lottery. So I plan on a CO, NM, TX loop in Sept. Look forward to your report. PS I'm hitting GA, TN, KY, VI, NC and SC March 22-25. Your info on the Clingman road was helpful since it's closed and will require a hike.
