I misunderstood what the debate was, apparently. I'd assumed the the rule was that people who won the award the previous year were ineligible for the next year, and the next year ONLY. Now I get what everyone was unhappy about!

Yes, I mightily approve of the rule change. I think it's fair. And now we can move ahead to the next point of contention, whatever that may be!

I'm very sorry to hear about your sister, Slack. I know miscarriages can be pretty bad on a physical and mental level. I hope she's doing better.
