You can read and see the latest newsletter for April here-including a skull I discovered in a western suburbs creek bank deposit dating from the ‘dawn’ Pleistocene period around 2 million years ago.

Beneath this skull is a Pliocene shoal of much harder material than that in which the skull was found.
