[Material in this article will appear in the Gilroy’s next book on the Uru civilisation, now in preparation].
Before progressing further with this article, Heather and I wish to pay tribute to our friend and colleague, Greg Foster, who aside from his fantastic work on our websites, has been of immeasurable assistance in the field. Together we have made seemingly countless incredible discoveries, not only concerning the Uru civilisation, but also in all our other endeavours, be they the search for fossil hominid remains, the Yowie, mystery animals or pre-Cook Australian explorers, UFOs etc.
Greg’s assistance in our book publishing endeavours is, like everything else he has had done for us over the years since we met, very much appreciated by Heather and I. Please accept this ‘Thank You’ and the foregoing as an example of the esteem in which we regard you.
On Sunday 18th November 2007, on our latest expedition deep into the Kanangra Boyd wilderness, in the region where this author became lost overnight and nearly froze to death in the winter of 1999, Greg Foster and I made some of the most important discoveries yet concerning the Uru advanced Stone-Age Civilisation.
Deep in the Burragorang depths, amid the crumbling remains of the “Lost [Uruan] City of Kanangra, we stumbled upon hitherto unknown solar temples of this ancient proto-Aryan people, who were already erecting massive stone monuments across Australia up to 50,000 years before the rise of Europe’s megalithic cultures [which were in any case, offshoots of the great Uruan migrations beyond Australia at the dawn of history].
Among the rock inscriptions we uncovered at these latest megalithic sites was one bearing the name of the ‘lost’ city. Greg was present at this momentous discovery, which had eluded me fo about 15 years. Regrettably, we are unable to divulge this name for the moment but will reveal it in our forthcoming new book on the Uru, which will concern itself with the advanced Stone-Age sciences and philosophies of this incredible people.
