I have started a a new section which will have links to one page of each chapter. Tomorrow I will start to upload one page at a time. Check back for the link. Below is the Link. I have been working on this for only a few hours, tomorrow I will add some links and other images. Eventually I might even change the entire layout. As I do more of it, I usually change colours etc..

I will be adding the last 5 chapters from the book later this week. You can pre-order the book which should be available in the coming weeks.
