Itīs like this: I sent David a Brazil WC2002 issued shirt and he was suposed to send me a Germany WC2002 issued shirt as well. He received my shirt and also sold it. He said he sent me Germany shirt but the shirt never got here. When I asked him for the receipt number he said "his mother had thrown it in the trash". Do you guys buy this story? Is he a reliable person?

Once again, we come across another Zembelo Rodrigo/ Rodrigo Batista from Brazil. He has tried to scam other people as well, I am not the first. He sends his shirt out first, and says he never got the shirt sent to him. He hopes that he will take advantage of a nice person, and they will send his shirt back. I considered this sending his shirt back, until I spoke with many people that said he was running this scam, and he was dishonest. If you have any concerns, you can speak with Yorke.Sorin, who is an ebay seller who knows Alan. He is a straight shooter and will gladly answer your questions. Hopefully, we can try to alienate these scammers, and we will not have to deal with all this nonsense. As for my credibility, my feedback speaks for itself. Thank you.

Sorry David

Itīs a pity we have to deal with children when we talk about soccer shirt trading. This David guy for sure hasnīt talked to no one about me and he just made up this story about me, that I send a shirt and then ask for it back. I have traded with many people around the world and I can give as many positive feedbacks as you want, specially from Yorke.Sorin who is a person I know and can tell what type of collector I am, serious and reliable, not a child like David. Yorke.Sorin has even bought shirt from me already and the negotiation was 100%. I even trusted David, sending my shirt first and telling him that he could send his shirt only when he got mine. I donīt have a doubt that David has indeed sent me the shirt, but it never arrived to me. If I had a tracking number I could get a refund at the post office here in Brazil, but like I said before, David didnīt give me any tracking number because, according to him his mother cleaned his bedroom and threw the receipt from the post office away. Well, nonsense is not coming here to IASSC forum to try to find a solution, but it is calling others scammers. David, pay attention to your words, I donīt do soccer shirt trades for a living but it seems that you do and I pity you. Just be honest when trading with other people ok? I hope the money you got from selling the shirt I sent you was well spent. I gave you many solutions for the case, but you didnīt agree with any. I hope one day you grow upīand become a man. Without any further discussion I will stop here, not saying that David is dishonest like he did with me, but telling you guys to be careful when trading your precious shirts with this child. And I also want to say that I have nothing to do with this zambelo rodrigo that he talked about, itīs just another lie from David. Any questions email me and I will be glad to answer.

I am not even going to justify this with a reponse. He is friends with Zembelo Rodrigo, one of the biggest scammers in Brazil. The only thing him and his friends are good for is problems. Please use caution when dealing with him or Zembelo, as they will act friendly and then stab you in the back when you turn around. It really annoys me that honest people are losing their shirts and money to these goons. If we just stop trading with them, we won't have these ridiculous problems.

You donīt need to lie David

You donīt need to lie my friend, I donīt even know this Zembelo guy you are talking about. I have the best feedbacks, and the scammer here is you. I never stab anybody in the back because I always send the shirts first, itīs proved. I sent you the shirt first and it was even on your website, for sale. I never got the shirt you supposely "sent" me. People should use caution when trading with you, not with me. I wonīt waste my time posting here anymore, arguing with a child, and I will repeat that I donīt trade shirts for a living, different from you, right? One shirt will not make a difference for me, I just feel disappointed having problems with a child, thatīs all. I started this forum not saying bad things about you, just asking about your credibility, you were the one who started saying bad things about me. If you had nothing to worry about you should let other collectors answer me that you are a realiable person, but that didnīt happen. like I said, I wonīt waste my time anymore, just hope you continue to have luck when trading with others, just stop lying ok? Best regards.

Alan

Re: You donīt need to lie David

This has gotten into something it shouldn't, mostly because of my defensive posts. If Alan did not steal the shirt like he said, it is not out of the question that maybe a Brazillian postal worker stole the shirt. This is rare but I bet it happens. And for the record, the recipt was thrown away almost 2 months after the package was sent. I had not gotten word from Alan so I assumed he had gotten it. I did not steal Alan's shirt. He just was extremely unlucky that a great shirt was stolen, and not a lesser one. But I do not know what I can do to solve this, as it was not my fault. I hope this clarifies everything.
