Al, there were technical problems, but I admire your effort. You were definitely as entertaining as many of the losers who are paid to do this (not calling you a loser).

HHM, JC, PV, Justin, and hell, even Buckeye Benny were very good.

You didn't answer my question: Should Chavis and Slade go?

Anyway, it was cool to hear guys from the "Extreme College Football" days. I have those shows on tape. They're still astonishing, even after all these years.

Keep it up Al, and good luck. You are lucky to not have to worry about commercials now while you fine-tune your craft.

That said, you could have a future.

Zen

Surprised you didn't have a mike.
Hell man, get a headset. At least the hat check girl and the "cigars, cigarette, tiparillo?" gals are easy on the eyes.

Take a chill pill, Al.

You need to get more of a flow before you can just start demanding that people participate.

In fact, getting structured as far as content is your best option. You named about 17 topics in the first few minutes, then proceeded on a narrow "Basilio-
Type" engagement. He does that already. Get a feel for how you monologue, before rushing to the first caller/poster. Establish a vibe that automatically makes you the leader of the direction of the show.

You won't find your true best radio/net personality until you experiment with different outlines, and find one that keeps you interesting to both your listerners, and yourself.

Best of luck,

GREY

It is an experiment most definitely. A hell of a lot of fun though and will keep working on it. Thanks for the gut check.
As I've always hammered Mashburn on...flowwwww.

Chavis and Slade MUST go! As Brocky has said before, it looks like Chavey will leave this year. That's fine by me.

Virginia Tech, Oklahoma and Miami always have good secondaries, but I doubt any of them would make a lateral move (db coach at their school to db coach here) unless they were promoted to an asst. coach.
