I don't think there is a package deal with these two. Brooks is from Wash DC area & Parham from the Hampton/Norfolk area. They are friends but I could see 'em going to different schools.
Which is better? Like asking who is prettier, Cindy Crawford or Elle McPherson. Both are very highly rated at their respective positions.
