UGA continues to roll on the recruiting trail with the big commitment this morning. This is bad news that UGA outrecruits UT along with beating the Vols in FB and BB.

UGA is putting together a very good class. I think UT is as well. Florida is the one getting killed ... they only have two defensive prospects committed now.

the "championship tradition" down at UGA, I literally cracked up. He must have forgotten about the last 22 years. Maybe he spoke with his grandpa, who knows.

I'd rather have Greg Jones, than this kid. Jones is bigger, just as highly rated per Rivals, and DOESN'T CURRENTLY HAVE A BROKEN LEG. With Simon and Munoz in rehab, we don't need another Blue-chipper to put into the whirlpool. The Nut Lickers kept a kid instate, that had been leaning to them for 6 months, BIG DEAL.

If we close with our final 7 off this list, we'll have the #1 class in the SEC, and top 3 nationally.

Mapu - distance factor and Mormon mission factor, I think he goes to BYU or Washington.
Ligon - UT
Kirkland - Probably UT
Nicholson - I have no clue
Brooks - If he has a great visit, then I think UT
will get him - considering he said he wanted to leave VA.
Parham - I think he'll come to UT.
Banks - UT
Jeffries - UT
Davis - Who knows? this guy loves every place he visits. He said UT was still leading after the UNC trip, but his girlfriend is going to NCstate I believe. We'll see what happens.
Miller - I think Florida, Brocky thinks we have a good chance after this visit.
Haralson - Ole Piss.
Marcus Vick - VT
Marcus McNeil - GT and UT. GT gets his last visit.
Antwuan Stewart - UVA or UT

he's a 5* player, and he's great...but the Morman thing isn't good for us. he could play next year, then the next TWO YEARS he'll be on his missionary. That's 2 years where we need lineman!

I can't see a Morman coming from Hawaii to play at UT, when he has a offer from BYU anyway.

he usually never posts on a weekend. Guys, UT will probably have another top ten class. But as long as the dead weight stays on the staff UT may not win another SEC or make a run at a NC while PF is there.

Looks like it worked, as the king sheep himself felt the need to respond.

To the sheep, it is all about recruiting. As long as UT has a top ten class the sheep could care less about getting rid of inept coaches. They figure if talent can overcome coaching like it did in 98 everything will be fine. The only problem with the wooley theory is that the young guns in the SEC are not afraid of PF. Now with SS gone, UT will the number one hunted program in the SEC. Will they be up to the challenge?

Knoxville has a strong if not huge Mormon population. KNOXVILLE also has a couple of Hawaian Families that are very active Mormons in K-Town. A very prominent TVA attorney is a UT grad and a Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints(and a UT football fan) What I am saying is that this kid has been in touch with the Mormon population in this area. That may not be a problem. The missionary "stuff" maybe a problem, but it can be worked out. So do not write him off just yet.
