| Hi Guys,
Still extremely satisfied with my Campion. As I already predicted, hardly time left to e-mail, have to listen... Nevertheless there may always be room for improvement. What about plugging another power chord to the Campion. Would this influence the sound?
E.g. something along the lines: "Bass was solidified, the overall sweetness was improved and overall depth and ambience was increased".

Dear Jurjen,
Yes power chords can make a difference. As you know many cable manufacturers make power chords for hi-fi claiming all kinds of improvements. We do however design the products to work well with the standard cables we supply but by all means cable changing is a path to follow when upgrading. Please keep us informed.

I use a Kimber Yello power cable with my Campion - and to my ears it makes a positive difference.
Everyone's sound is highly dependent on both speakers and listening room, but I found bass became less obvious in that it lost 'boom' and gained grip. Treble appeared to be more obvious at first, but once your ears adjust (which they inevitably do) it's actually more detail.
I often swap back to the standard IEC cable, just out of curiosity, but it simply disappoints.
I've heard so many good reports about Kimber Kables power products (through Russ Andrews in the UK), it's hard to dispel their claims, especially when I've experienced it first hand!
