hi once again

When I switch on my Alabaster amp, there is a "Thump" from my speakers, is this normal? if not, how can I rectify it?

I am from Singapore.

Cheers

Hi again!

The thump is perfectly normal. Please dont worry.
If it is too loud for any reason (hi volume setting or even high speaker sensitivity) then I recommend that you turn the volume to a lower setting before switching the Alabaster on.

Hope that helps.
