saving bank names with sp808ex

Hi there,

I'm new to this forum and would like to ask a question. When naming banks with the SP808EX as long as the power stays on they apear in the pad bank list. As soon as power has been turned of, the bank names haven;t been saved. The manual says no save prodcedure is necessary???
