Re:Bounce & Drive too busy.

This is due too drive acces speed.
If using the step sequencer step the recording method to SINGLE . You can then program 16th, triplets etc even at fast tempo's and when you press stop the 808 will write it too the track instantly as one big phrase . You can then Mark it on paste it too a pad re-effect it and insert it back in the appropriate track. I have very few drive too busy errors and some of my chop up can be quite intricate.
Second tip if your loops are at say 130 bpm set the tempo on the SP too half the BPM ie 65 bpms in this case. This will trick the 808 into giving better acces time through the internal clock slower tempo. Also I use region in/out heaps too cut chunks of audio out at will for all sorts of random cut and paste effects on rythms etc etc with very little hassle.
