A regular SP808 and OP-2? Will they work?

Hey Guys,

Can I put an OP-2 on my regular SP808 (not ex)?

Where do I get an OP-2? For a decent price.

I want to do it so I've got a pair of XLR inputs. Is this thing adding gear to pull it off or just patching in new plugs?
