If anything, response has speed up. It loads banks quickly.
You can have up to 64 banks, no more (isn't that enough?).
That kind of thing is part of the OS, it's not going to change.
Samples load faster then before. It works perfectly. The only
perceivable obstacle is money. It is the same as a 100 MB
drive except it can hold 750 MB. For some reason, the disk
takes longer to eject. The new drives like to eject the disks
as if they're trying to launch them across the room. For the
record, I'm using a Mac. That shouldn't matter, except I think
people have had problems with drivers on PCs. Yes, I'm a noisy
fellow. I've been making a racket sense the 80's. I used to play
with Big City Orkesstrawww. Been hiding out, but have started
to work again. What kind of ideas? I am interested in tech, but
the final sound is what's important (that and the process).
