here a little story that i must tell you...
i install a 750 zip drive into a 808 and had
met problem with it...
zip became bad all the time...
i make myself the jump long time ago for 250 and never had any problem...
but the SP 808 os especially the Emix one has been written for 250 zip drive and 750 is perhaps too
much for the hardware : Companies like roland never "oversized" their products:
when they created they must decide for the exact needs of the differents components...
i make myself no doubt that the 750 drive work bad in our ladies until you prove me that i wrong (and god help me, say that i am wrong!!!!)
one point for me is that the " time left" function doesn't tell the good information in regards of the 750 mo...

i wonder if there is a limitation in the OS...

another thing is that the sp808 converter (holly crap as i tell it) will go all the same bad with another kind of media in my opinion (i don't think that all the problem people met with the holly crap is due to the zip media...)

but i am like you guys I AM SO CURIOUS TO KNOW IF IT WORKS!!!!!!!
