Damage 750 Zip Disk

Hi,
iinstalled a 750 ZIP Drive in my EX Updated SP 808.
After a few Days of work with my SP 808, it kills a 750
ZIP Disk. And after a Week an another 750 Zip Disk.
The Disk cant be formatted now and are not repairable.


Some glues ? Did i installed the Drive wrong ??
