control numbers for FX bank select on sp808EX?

HI on the classis you send control number 0 and controller value 0 or 64(fx bankU) for selecting fx banks however on EX upgrade it dosnt work, could somebody check in there manual please? (page 152 in original manual but probaly elsewere in the new!) In the index its under 'Effects-controlling with midi'
