Towards the middle top you'll find a button called TRIM under SAMPLE EDIT. That's where you want to go. Inside the TRIM menu, scroll down to START POINT, punch the SCRUB button, and look for the start of the sample wave form (Make sure the sample is set to loop). You can use the direction button (Up/Right-make the wave bigger). You can use this to isolate the start point of your sample. After doing that, count the length of your sample in beats (as in 4 beats, 8 beats, etc). Enter this number next to the note value indicator... this specifies the sample's length. Finally, go to sample END POINT, and scroll through until the sample's BPM matches the BPM of your MIDI sequencer, or the sample loops seemlessly.
