SP808EX Software can't work with Win XP

Hi there,

Yeah alot of XP users have the same problem, including me. The workaround I did was
a) Downloading the wav converter for Win XP from www.roland.co.uk. It comes in a zip file and the size is around 130kb. Latest version is 2.1. You can go to help menu in the converter and find out the version you have downloaded. Try this link http://www.roland.co.uk/appedit.asp
to download the converter

b) When using the converter, save file in your local "my documents".

I tried saving it at other paths and got the same error message like you. It saved when I used my documents in my c:

Its funny, because my D: has 30 plus gigs still available. Oh well.
