Boehoe, drive too busy, even with new zips...

When I try to record audio on the 4 track a lot of times it says drive too busy, also with new zips with jus a few minutes recordingtime on it.
I gave it to a roland technician, he replaced the zipdrive 2 times but still the same , he says he never had this problem before with an sp 808 and now I dont know what to do!
Did anyone had this problem with his sp 808???
