transfering zips to pc

wow , long time since ive been here..
pretty basic question,.
i dont have my gear setup running into the computer and im wondering if i can pickup a external zip drive and then take my 808's zips and put the songs ive made on my 808 on my pc as a wav. file.
any help would be great
