It's a virtual Wormhole Partyline (Broadband Review)by FaX1.BROADBAND G-URL Psybersound - VoX feat. Jessica. Great Intro ..... love the use of The Beatles Sample btw. The sample was made somewhat famous by The Chemical Brothers in 'Let Forever Be' if I recall. Nice juicy synth riff and the main guitar parts are superb. They sit really well in the mix. The vocal is somewhat tilting towards the offkey which oddly embues the track with an odd retro 80's vibe. Very catchy main me;lody and vocal hook also. It's like a mash-up of old and new and works a treat. Great Arrangement. 2.EH-Oh Knobtwister - A Fitch Love this it's very off kilter and left of centre. Great use of vox chopping and really a brilliant use of very minimal elements. Whilst there aren't alot of sonic elements the arrangement never ceases to suprise and put a nice little smirk on my face. It's the oddball kooky-ness that pulls it through. Eh-Oh indeed 3.DON'T MAKE ME Kenny Bisset This thing infects my brain like a proverbial virus. Better downlaod a new Avast profile to my tempral lobe. If you haven't noticed yet I fucking love this. The whole durgey intro and synth riff the industrial overtones. Really great slap bang in your face upfront vocal mix. Infact the production on this is awesome and then some. Don't you make me follow you dont you make me swallow you..... I may hate the kind of life you lead but I love the tune BIGTIME :D. 4.KILL PROCESS Omitho - J.Carter Simply super juicy synth intro on this. Sounds awesome on headphones BTW with really good frequency spread and definition. Gets the old head a bobbing like U know what. Seriously kewl vibe and feel to the entire track. Production once again is top notch. Very much a pre or post party wind up / wind down kinda tune. Love the whistley atmospheric/ambiend lead playing over the manic arp'd basslines. Really exceptionally good filter dynamics by the way. Crazy good stuff. 5.WANT 2 BE Gorgous Girl - A.Gardener Great Vocoder Intro in a MAJOR way. This has one foot firmly planted in the oldskool and the other in the future. Great synth sounds as always. Very dreamy in lush kinda way and that main bassline is phatter than a friggin Mack Truck. This really is super stuff Gorgeous Girl and quite possibly my favourite thing of yours I've heard. Great porta slides on that lead line also. Reminds me alot of early era Moby (aka when he was good) kind of fused with a bit of William Orbit and a modern dancefloor sensibility. Love the blippy ambient house style riffing also. Ok I once told the operating woman that this was a corker of a track 6.AESOPHYGUS FaX - O.Finch Seriously dude you need your head read lol. One of the few tracks of mine I can still listen too impartially and actually enjoy it for what it is. Took me ages to program and compose. Hope you all like it. 7.WORMHOLE PARTY LINE Dnarkosis - D.Stott Hmmm track 7. They do say that 7 is the number of Magik . This is dead brill ambient house ala The Orb when they where actually good. Great chillout peace. Evocative, atmospheric, beautiful, esoteric ..... Hell I even titled my Sunsongs Broadband review after it. This is very me on so many levels. Dreamy, lucid ,bizarre. You've got my attention. Sir may I have your autograph. 8.TWISTED PAIR Psybersound - Vox (w/Beverely) Love the opening drum pattern and bassline. Great syncopation with a hint of the middle eastern sonicly. Once again great guitary parts. Love the touch dialtone effect :D. I like living in broadband indeed. A great tongue in cheek vocal delivery I might admit LOL (giggles). Once again another really catchy tune. Great production. Super kewl arrangement. The lyrics in this really make me laugh (in a good way I might add). Love the NY State -> SP808 line and the referential SunSong elements. Lots of FUN . Flows really well from Dnark's tune I might add. 9.TURPLE SOAP Gogiver - E.Michael Love the turntable effects at the intro. Classy use of AC/DC's "It's the long way too the Top" I might add. I really admire people who can do this sort of sample mash-up work. It's not something I do very well at all. This creates a great vibe but is all too short and sweet. I just want it to go on a bit longer and all I get is this sweet and juicy tease. A taste of honey is worse than none at all indeed. This is sweet and I want MORE dammit  Really well produced Gogiver and an awesome use of source samples. 10.INCONSPICUOS CONSUMPTION Axis Mundi - B.Hodge How utterly and totally deliciously disturbing :D. Totally twisted subject matter and an incredibly good play on words title wise also. Highlights the darker side of human nature and the virtual world in an incredibly concise way. That intro vocal is just absolutely twisted. "Hello I'm going to have a little get together with my friends". It is so disturbing yet oddly fascinating at the same time. The atmospheric backing is 100% bang on the money. This is great stuff Brian. Way out there and highly imagintive stuff. You have put audio to your literary leanings superbly. "Yes it's really grizzly"..........hmmmm indeed. Bravo To ALL - On a side note. Everything on this CD is exceptionally well produced. It is also incredibly diverse. It's so nice to hear everyones unique "auditory" voice here. Kudos and a big round of applause to you all. Vox the CD artwork / cover / inlay and design is simply fantastic also. Many thanx to you for your hard work. A big thankyou to everyone for sharing your creative output once again. I've thoroughly enjoyed this SunSongs collection and then some. You have all felt like a big creative family to me. Thanks all for the opportunity to share and partake with you all. Best wishes.
