still not working

No the fx doe not work when I turn on the 808 all the buttons light up and the 808 shows on the message screen plase load zip disk I tried to follow the instrction you gave me last time but still no sound. I would like to say thank alot for helping me with tis problem I have your answers really get me educated on the 808. please feel free to e-mail me thanks
