You can activate "auto trim" to have the sample start and end point set automatically. It may need some very minor adjustments, but that should be easy because you already know the exact bpm before you sample.

Press [Sampling], scroll to [Auto Trim] and set to "On"

The start point and end point (if it has silence) will automatically be trimed when sampling is finished. This forces the sampler to trim the sample back to the point of silence (so a reverb tailr or echo on the input sound is NOT a good idea.)
