Response to Modelling for Idiots

by Tony Greenland is still the best single, more comprehensive collection of AFV modeling technical information you can find. The book is about 10 years old now, so the style of finish is a little dated but the construction and scratchbuilding information is excellent. Along with the old Sheperd Paine articles, it was a great help when I started building again in the mid 90s. It may still be in print, but if not, I'm sure you'll find someone willing to sell in the "Private Sellers" group on this site.
