Response to Molds

Thanks David. I am trying the two-part mould with the seam around the bottom edge of the brim. I've done the first half and will do the second tonight. I used FIMO instead of modelling clay and will try the 'squish' method when I come to cast the resin and therefore avoid the problem of the viscous resin not wanting to flow down the pour hole. If that fails then I will cast the helmet solid with a large pour hole, probably going into the bottom of the helmet to avoid compromising the top detail.

Regards

Tim
