Response to Actually lot of filter questions.

Yes you can use oil based filters over acyrlic paint, in fact it is a very good idea as the oil solvents wont affect the acrylics and vice versa. Generally speaking acrylic gloss and flat coats are preferrable: dries fast, resists any oil based weathering, smells less.
