Hi Anonymous,

I say the culprit is your best friend, when dealing with orange skin surfacing.

Airbrush with 99% ISO alcohol and spray away the paint... Speaking for myself only, I used that method with the help of a brush for the hard to reach places and it worked great. CA glue will not be affected by alcohol also.
