A thick CA should work fine

Hi Kevin,

I'd go with a thick CA as balsa is a very porous type of wood, with the thin stuff it will
just suck in the glue. You can opionally do a two stage application if strenth is a concern.
First coat the wood with a thin app of wood glue where the straps will go, that will give any
CA something solid to grab hold of.

Model on,

Clair
