Older tricked out autococker VELOCITY PROBLEM

OK, first of all, the gun, I have to say, is very very nice to look at. I bought it for $150 and it is a 97 cocker with an eclipse-similar splash (red and black) paintjob.

I have this stuff on it:
-68ci 4500psi N2 system by System X
-Shocktech pre-assembled front block kit
-Shocktech dropforward and bottomline CA adapter
-Powerlyte 2 piece barrel
-Rat III valve
-Shocktech beavertail
-WGP Vertical Regulator

My PROBLEM that I would appreciate a answer to is how to adjust the velocity. Where on a 97 or older cocker would you find the velocity? Most of the new ones you just stick an allen wrench into the back after you remove the cocking rod, but I dont know on this one. it aint there. please help!!!!

thanks!
