the valve has an o ring on it and some times they were out. your best bet is to take the valve out and look at it see if the o ring is old and dry. replace it if necessary. once i had a very small piece of brass get embedded in the cup seal but it only made a small leak. check it and let me know if you need more help i will be gone till the 26th, sorry just part of being in the army.
