      i bought a 2002 r/f cocker and the hammer lug was lock-tited on and the gun will not recock...does that have anything to do with it...i bought it from a guy on the field and he said it just needed a drop forward and i gasses it up and it will not cock all the way...even by hand i have no clue what the problem could be if you could just gimmie a little advice it would be appreciated
