Choke answer..

Well, not all speed demon bolts have it.

The choke acts as a velocity adjuster.

If your speed demon has a choke, it will have a allen wrench scrwe inside the bolt. You will be able to see it through the bottom hole. Unless of course, the screw has gotten took out.
