PGP valve porting...

I don't mean to ask for valuable trade secrets, so if I am, let me know. I was wondering if anyone could give me a description on how to port a PGP valve for better efficiency. I don't have access to lots of high tech equipment or machinery, so if there is a simple way to do it without these things, that is the instruction I need.
