My baby needs HELP!!

ok, Yesterday I took out my valve and cleaned everything thoroughly. My neighbors thought i was crazy cause i was hunched over a bucket scrubing my valve components in a rain and wind storm =)(anyone in western washington area knows what im talking about)Anyways, when i put it all back together i poped in a cartridge and did a primer shot. TO my horror the whole cartridge emptied out the barrel in about 2 seconds!!!!!! I think i lost an o-ring in my cleaning process but i didnt see one when i pulled it apart. Please HELP!!!!!
