First shots low!

Hey all,

I know this has been asked here before and is a common problem, but I couldn't find any topics relating to it.

When I gas up with a fresh 12 gram in my P-68SC, the first two shots are low. Doesn't seem to matter if I wait any significant amount of time, the shots are still low. I'm also using enough torque to screw in the changer, even though I'm getting bad (very small) punctures.

Any ideas on how to correct this? Could the puncture-pin be damaged?
