thinking of gettin the PGP

yo, i have a few questions for the PGP pistol.

1. What would be a good target distance for the PGP? Like if i wanted to have target practice in my backyard. Not too far or not too close.

2. When you drop in the 12 gram CO2 and screw in the cap, i guess it sticks in there pretty well. But how do u get it out? Since the CO2 is in the pump how do u get ur finger in there to get it out? Or does it just fall out when u unscrew the cap!?!?

3. Also, how far can the PGP pistol(all stock) shoot?
