Do you have a Speedemon bolt on it? (Can't see in your pic) Pull out the bolt and look at the input hole between the rear o-rings. Some Speeddemon bolts have a "choke-style" adjuster in there. If you see a threaded setscrew blocking part of the hole, find the appropriate long-handled allen wrench and adjust it so more pressure can flow...
