Dear Lacrosse Enthusiast,
We are writing to let you know about an exciting lacrosse tournament that will be taking place this summer in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. Your club team has the opportunity to play in this round robin event against other teams from all over the world.
The tournament will take place on August 3 and 4, 2002, in Victoria. We are looking for 8 men’s teams and 8 women’s teams to participate in this inaugural year. A $750 (Canadian) team fee secures your spot in the tournament.
If the opportunity to see the most beautiful part of the world is not enough incentive for you, how about a $500 cash prize for the winning team and a $250 cash prize for the second place team. Not to mention the fact that there are tons of things to do here in Victoria; whale watching, golfing,The Butchart Gardens, great restaurants and pubs, and the list could go on.

We have been working on social activities which will take place each night of the tournament. These include a Saturday evening barbecue at the tournament site. There will also be a beer garden on the premises and concessions available on site.
