The responsible adults and motorists here are trying to hold sensible debates as to how to keep roads safe, maintain sensible speed limits, enforced by reasonable and workable means without the constant fleecing and menacing by the Scamships!
Which you bring down to a very base level each time by crass and remarks - some of which border on insanity!!
The only thing to do with this Twazak folks is just to completely ignore his input and cease to respond to his ludicrous statements.

He really vandalises every topic!
By the way - "QUTE" guys! Did try your quiz for myself and did not know the anwers to QGD4's questions at all - but I looked them up in a book on driving in the bookshop! In fact - I bought the book! And spent some time reading through!
You may have improved my driving more than that course!
