Up until now Manchester's cameras have been the grey - completely hidden variety - but set at a nice responsible 10%+2 and even higher in some cases.
BUT ALL THAT IS GOING TO CHANGE!

"Cameras already in place wil be reviewed and even taken down and placed somewhere else!"
WELL - we KNOW what THAT means DON'T WE?
Heard it all before in Brunstromia, Fujishire, KomicLLand and Blai ScamCity (aka Wales, Lancs, S Wales and the Home Counties) etc.
apart from the activities of the Good Captain G - anyone actually heard of them being removed? Or rather the only removals we've come acroos have been --- removals to a better revenue raising position!
