I recently watched a TV documnetary on ROAD PRICING. Other than the presenter, the only other significant talking head was Edmund King, the CEO of the RAC Foundation, a person who would have you believe that he is the motorist's guardian angel and self appointed spokesman, and whose employer, the RAC Foundation, are well known for their support of road pricing. It was hardly surprising, therefore, that the consensus arrived at by the programme was IN FAVOUR of road pricing !!!!! In this matter, of all things, we, the British motorist, needs to be represented, not by a running dog like bloody King and his archly self centred, profit driven corporation ( who are almost certainly in bloody bed with the Government anyway !! ) but a truly representative body like tha Association of British Drivers who are, without doubt, the body best suited, most qualified and highly motivated group to properly put OUR views forward. Leave it to King and his board of directors, shareholders and money grubbing lackeys, and the bloody Government will continue to walk all over us as they have done since time immemorial !
