Time for a hike in fuel tax

Now the price has come down to below £1 a litre and people will willingly pay more then it's time for an immediate 10p hike in fuel taxes. This would be a green tax as the money could be spent on enrgy saving/low polluting measures such as more trams, electric railways and traffic calming.
